Return tickets at the initiative of the Buyer
If the excursion is canceled for more than 24 hours - a commission of 2 to 6% of the cost of the tickets, depending on the method of payment; less than 24 hours - 100% of the cost of tickets. If possible, we can postpone the date or time of the trip.
Return tickets at the initiative of the Company
In case of cancellation of the excursion or tour on the initiative of the provider (weather conditions, technical reasons and other factors), the ticket price is refunded in full or, in agreement with the Buyer, the trip date is postponed.
Money Refund Procedure
To issue a refund, you should send a letter to the e-mail address email@example.com with the subject letter “Request for refund”, where you specify:
- ticket number;
- name of the excursion;
- date and time of the trip;
- name of the buyer;
- reason for return.
Refunds are made by transfer to a bank card or e-wallet, from which the ticket was purchased.
Terms of return
When paying by credit card - within 5 - 30 banking days. The term depends on the Bank that issued your bank card. But as a rule, a refund occurs within 3-4 banking days.
When paying by electronic money - within 14 banking days.
