How to purchase a ticket on the website?
The tickets can be purchased on Nameteor.ru any day.
Step 1. Filling a ticket form
Choose trip details: date, route, trip time, number of tickets according to the categories of passengers. Accept the rules of ticket purchase and press the button "Buy".
Step 2. Ticket order
Check your order details and leave your contact information: surname, first name and middle name, e-mail and telephone number. Telephone number is obligatory to enter, so that we can inform you if the trip is cancelled. E-ticket will be sent to your e-mail. Chose an appropriate type of payment and press the button "Pay".
Step 3. Payment
Pay for the ticket, following the requirements of your payment service provider.
Step 4. Result of the payment
To view the ticket, follow the link provided to your e-mail. Print the ticket and show it to the controller during boarding.
Mutual liabilities of the parties
E-ticket payment liability is considered to be fulfilled upon the moment of receiving the confirmation of successful transaction of the corresponding payment system by e-mail. Ticket providing liability of the company "Ultrakassa" is considered to be fulfilled since the moment of sending the e-ticket to your e-mail address. A copy of the sent e-mail with the link to e-ticket will be a sufficient proof of ticket sending.
Details of bank card payment
We receive payment with payment systems of Visa and MasterCard. During bank card payment a passenger should enter the following information:
- Card number;
- Expiration date;
The reasons for the operation failure could be the following:
- issuing bank of the Buyer does not support payment processing technology;
- not enough money to fulfill the payment;
- issuing bank of the Buyer restricted internet payments.
The payment is conducted through authorization server of Bank Processing Center with bank cards of the following payment systems: VISA International, MasterCard World Wide. To fulfill the payment, you will be redirected to payment gateway of OJSC "Sberbank Rossii" to enter your card details. Please, prepare you card in advance. Payment gateway connection and transmission of the information is done in protected mode using encryption protocol SSL. If the payment operation is successfully completed, but the access to the page with the ticket was not provided, contact technical support service by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Validity of e-ticket
E-ticket is valid only for the trip and the date stipulated in the purchased ticket.
E-ticket may be retrieved by sending payment details and contact information to e-mail email@example.com
In case if the passenger was not present aboard, the ticket won't be refunded.
In case of trip cancellation (due to the weather or other factors), the ticket will be refunded at full price or equally replaced.
In case of ticket refund initiated by the buyer at least 24 hours before the trip, the ticket will be refunded with a reduction of bank fee amounting to 2.2 % when paid by bank card and 5% by other payment means.
If the services are refused less than 24 hours before the trip, the ticket will not be refunded.
E-ticket refund money will be sent to the bank card or e-Wallet, with which the ticket was purchased within 30 banking days.
To apply for a refund send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and request for a refund by setting "Refund application" in the subject of the e-mail.
In case of trip cancellation due to a carrier's fault, the passenger may replace this ticket for a different date. Date and time change shall be agreed with Ultrakassa manager.

The claims for the company "Ultrakassa" concearning e-ticket replacement or refund are handled in the cases stipulated in the present Rules of ticket purchase and only with the mentioning of your e-mail address, which was used during e-ticket purchase. The claims are accepted only in free written form at firstname.lastname@example.org not later than 15 days since e-ticket expiration date. Claims handling period is 30 days since their receipt in Ultrakassa Ltd.
