Booking and Payment procedure
Booking your tour online will let you skip book office queues and make you holiday truly timesaving. Now your excursion is 100% guaranteed, so you needn’t worry that your most wanted tour is all sold out. No extra charges apply. Book in advance and start looking forward to your vacation right now.
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA and MasterCard.
You can book your ticket for any day.
Step 1. Selecting a ticket
Choose the exact date and time of your tour, the number of persons in each age category, confirm you acceptance to the terms of purchase. Submit and you will be redirected to the Payment Page.
Step 2. Booking a ticket
Check your basket before validating; enter your e-mail address and a contact telephone number. In case the excursion is cancelled (though this is a rare case), you will be informed of that by the phone. Upon booking, you will receive an e-ticket by email containing all details about the tour.
Step 3. Payment
Enter payment information in the check-out form and proceed with the payment.
Step 4. Checking payment status
You can check the e-ticket by following the link that you will receive by email.
Please note that you need to print out the e-ticket sent to you. Be ready to present your printed e-ticket when boarding the bus on the day of the activity.
Fulfillment of mutual obligations
Your payment is officially confirmed as soon as the notification of successful payment is received from the payment system.
«Ultrakassa» obligation to provide an e-ticket is fulfilled from the moment the e-ticket is sent to the e-mail address, which you stated in the contact information form. Ample evidence of the fact that the e-ticket has been sent is the copy of the message containing a link to the e-ticket. The copy is kept with «Ultrakassa” company.
Paying with your bank card
We accept Visa and MasterCard. When completing the payment form, the following fields are required:
- Card Number
- Card Expiry Date
- CVV/CVC security code
The transaction may be declined for the following reasons:
The customer’s emitting bank does not support current payment processing technology;
There are not enough funds available to process the transaction;
The customer’s bank and card issuer is blocking online transactions.
Payment is conducted through the authentication server of the processing centre of the bank by using VISA international and MasterCard World Wide cards. To proceed with the payment, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of “Sberbank of Russia” where you will be asked to enter your card details. Please, have your card at the ready. SSL certificate is used to secure credit card transactions and data transfer. If your transaction was completed successfully but you failed to receive a link to you pre-paid e-ticket, please write to email@example.com for clarification.
Validity period of your e-ticket
Your e-ticket is only valid for the excursion and the date stated in the ticket.
Resolving a ticket
If you need to resolve your e-ticket, just send you payment details and contact information at firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-refundable policy apply for no-show for the excursion.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the excursion departure.
Cancellations initiated by a customer and received 24 hours (or more) prior to the time of the excursion incur a penalty of 2,2% per ticket if you paid by credit or deposit card (bank charges) and a penalty 5% if paid otherways.
Get a full refund or an equivalent exchange for events cancelled due to weather conditions or any circumstances of insuperable force.
If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets (credit or debit card). The refund is paid within 30 bank days.
You can submit your refund request with detailed explanation and Subject “Refund claim” directly to “Ultrakassa” by e-mail at email@example.com.
You can exchange you e-ticket for the excursion cancelled by the provider. To choose a new date and time, please contact our manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone (812) 640-49-70
Mobile and e-mail messaging
By accepting the “Terms of purchase” you consent to receive mobile and e-mail messages regarding information about your e-tickets. The messages will be sent to the mobile phone number and e-mail address that you stated in contact information section.

Any claims against «Ultrakassa” company regarding e-ticket exchange or money refund are considered within cases mentioned by these official “Terms of purchase” and only under the condition the e-mail address used during booking procedure is stated. Claims are only accepted in written form via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 15 days after the e-ticket validity date. “Ultrakassa” carries the right to review a claim within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the latter.
