If an excursion was called off due to the weather or other reasons through organizer's fault, ticket price is fully refunded or the ticket of the same price is given for another date.
To cancel the order and receive a refund send a letter to our e-mail address, stated in contacts and mention the ticket number and reason for refund.
However, take note of cancellation and refund rules, stipulated in ticket purchase rules for each excursion (event). To avoid unpleasant situations and loss of money always read the rules of ticket purchase.
Situations can be different and we are always willing to compromise. For instance, if your flight is cancelled and excursion is to take place tomorrow, notify us immediately, providing the corresponding documents (or their scanned copies). We will certainly help you.
The money for e-ticket will be refunded to a bank card or e-wallet, used in the purchase of the ticket.
If the payment was performed through the terminals, the money will be refunded in the office of the company or to a bank card, stated in the refund application.
A refund is fulfilled within 30 banking days if sent to a bank card, used during the purchase, but as a rule bank transfers the money within 14 banking days.
If the payment was made through terminals, mobile phone shops or by e-money, maximum term of refund amounts to 14 banking days.
